Store identity
Lofashionpool is the public trading name used on this website. The legal entity and business address shown in the footer and Contact page identify the operator of the store.
Adults only
The website and products are intended for adults aged 18 or over. You must not order if you are under 18 or if adult products cannot lawfully be supplied to you.
Product information
We aim to keep names, descriptions, photos, specifications, prices and stock status accurate. Minor differences in colour, packaging or product updates may occur. Adult products are not medical devices and are not sold to diagnose, cure or treat a medical condition.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Omani rial (OMR). Delivery across Oman is free and payment is cash on delivery. No card payment is collected on this website. The order total shown at checkout is based on the prices stored in the shop catalogue.
First-visit offer
The current welcome offer gives OMR 2 off one order when checkout is completed within 24 hours of the first recorded visit in that browser. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expires after 24 hours or once the offer has been used.
Order confirmation
Submitting the checkout form records your order request. It is not accepted for dispatch until the shop confirms it with you on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, delivery, pricing or verification cannot be resolved.
Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and active contact numbers. Courier timing depends on the governorate, route and local conditions. Open-box inspection is supported before cash payment.
Returns and product issues
Hygiene restrictions and the process for damaged, defective or incorrect products are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Inspect the order at delivery and report problems promptly.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with ordering, submit false information, place fraudulent orders or use automated tools to overload the service.
Intellectual property
The Lofashionpool name, website design, original copy and product photography may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission.
Liability and governing law
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Sultanate of Oman. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms when the shop, delivery process or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
