Discreet, private outer packaging
Orders are placed in discreet, private outer packaging. The outside of the parcel does not describe the products inside. Courier labels contain only the information needed to identify and deliver the parcel.
Private order messages
We use your phone, WhatsApp and email details only for order confirmation, delivery coordination and customer support. We do not publish customer information.
Open-box inspection
You may inspect the parcel at delivery before paying. This lets you check that the item is correct and undamaged. If there is a problem, do not accept it and contact us.
Your browser and device
