Information we collect

• Your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and optional email address.
• Your governorate, street address and delivery notes.
• The products, quantities, prices and order reference.
• Messages and information you send to us for support.
• Limited technical information used to protect the order form from abuse.

How information is used

• To record and price the order.
• To confirm the order with you on WhatsApp.
• To arrange delivery and provide customer support.
• To investigate payment, delivery, return or fraud issues.
• To keep the website and order service secure.

Service providers

The storefront is hosted by Cloudflare. Order records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. An email relay sends a copy of the order notification to the shop, and a Telegram bot may send an order notification to the shop's private chat. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services.

Order identifiers and abuse prevention

To limit repeated automated submissions, the order endpoint creates a short salted hash from the network address and browser user agent. The raw network address is not stored in the order database. The hash is used for rate limiting.

Cookies and local storage

The shop does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A necessary first-party cookie records when the 24-hour welcome offer began so the discount can be verified at checkout. Cart contents are stored in your browser's local storage, and the order summary is held temporarily in session storage. Cloudflare may process necessary technical data to deliver and secure the website.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell customer information. Information may be shared with delivery and communication providers when needed to complete an order, or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to investigate fraud or misuse.

Retention

Order and support records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for order fulfilment, after-sales support, accounting, security and legal obligations. Retention periods can vary with the type of record.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about your personal information, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law or a legitimate order-related need requires it.

Adults only

The shop is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
